Brown County Party Rental was established by two brothers with a dream to start and manage their own business.

Rhett Silbaugh is a 2022 graduate of Brown County High School and is now attending Indiana University – Bloomington as a Direct Admit to the Luddy School of Informatics. Rhett hopes to gain a Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity and Global Policy.

Rafe Silbaugh is a 2023 graduate of Brown County High School and is currently attending Army Basic Training and will return home mid-2024. He plans to attend Indiana University – Bloomington upon his return and is still deciding on what degree to pursue.

Both Rhett and Rafe were varsity members of the Brown County School Track and Cross Country teams, participated in Eagle Manufacturing, and love to spend their spare time running and biking throughout Brown County State Park.

Younger siblings (twins), Finn and Piper Silbaugh are learning and helping the family business with the desire to help expand it as they get older. Both are current 8th graders at Brown County Middle School.  They participate in multiple sports as well as Eaglet Manufacturing.
